Throw like a girl, lead like a champion

Okay, so this year's theme may not be quite what I would choose, but bygones. Today is National Girls and Women in Sports Day, which is officially my favorite holiday, even though I get neither flowers nor presents. (Well, unless you consider watching Candace Parker in a Lady Vols uniform a gift, which really, who doesn't? Right. UConn fans. I see your point.) What I'm saying is this: Go watch some girls (and/or women) kick butt on the court, on the field, in the scrum, in the paint, or damn near anywhere else they choose. (May I recommend tomorrow night's Duke-UNC match-up? ESPN2, baby.)
