Buyer beware
Redefining the concept of bad customer service, the WNBA store e-mails me today informing me that my order had been canceled "due to lack of product availability." They didn't let me know that the order had been canceled -- I e-mailed them (two weeks after the item was supposed to have shipped) asking where the hell my WNBA All-Star t-shirt was. Apparently, had I never inquired after the status of my order, they weren't going to inform me that it had been canceled. I'd say I'm never going to order from them again, but it's pretty much the WNBA store or wearing t-shirts for ... the WUSA?
